Delivery policy

1. Where we send

We deliver within Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the Outlying Islands. We do not offer a shop counter for collection. The address you give at checkout is the address the courier will use.

2. When we post

After payment is confirmed, we pack and hand the parcel to the courier within 2 business days. Transit time starts from handover, not from the moment you click Confirm order.

3. Transit time

Hong Kong Island and Kowloon: usually 1 to 3 business days after posting. New Territories: usually 2 to 4 business days. Outlying Islands: usually 3 to 6 business days, subject to ferry and weather. These are estimates. If a typhoon signal or rainstorm warning delays the run, we write to the email on the order.

4. Delivery charge

Hong Kong delivery is a flat HK$40. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of HK$800 or more ship free. The amount appears in the basket and again at checkout. There is no extra fee on the doorstep.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email on the order when the courier confirms collection. Keep the order number if you write to the desk.

6. If no one is in

The courier may try more than once. If the parcel comes back, write to us to arrange a second run. We may charge the HK$40 fee again if the floor, unit, street or district was incomplete or wrong.

7. Damage or loss

If the wrapping is torn on arrival, refuse it or note it on the receipt. Photograph the parcel and write to business@quinyves.shop within 48 hours. Replacement or refund is handled as Hong Kong retail practice and the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) require.

8. More than one piece

Items on the same order leave together when stock allows. Rarely a volume may follow on a later van; we tell you by email.
