Returns and exchanges

This policy is written for Hong Kong retail. Faulty goods are handled under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26). Distance sales from this site are also run in a way that is fair under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362). Direct marketing, if you have opted in, can be stopped by replying STOP, as the PDPO (Cap. 486) requires.

1. Change of mind (7 days)

You may return an unused piece within 7 calendar days of receipt. Keep tags on and, where possible, the original packing. Tell us through the contact form or email business@quinyves.shop, with the order number.

2. Size or model exchange

Aside from change of mind, we accept one size exchange per order within 7 days of receipt, subject to stock. If the size is gone, we refund the piece and the original delivery charge where that is fair.

3. How to send it back

After you write, we send a return label or a Hong Kong posting address. Do not post a parcel without that instruction: unmarked volumes can be lost. Keep the courier receipt.

4. Cost of the return run

For change of mind and size exchange, the return postage may be deducted or agreed in the note we send you — except where the goods are faulty, in which case Quinyves Clothes Limited bears the reasonable cost of return within Hong Kong.

5. Faulty goods

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or a serious mismatch with the listing, you may ask for repair, replacement or a refund as the Sale of Goods Ordinance allows. Photograph the problem and write within 48 hours of noticing an apparent fault.

6. What we cannot take back as “change of mind”

A piece that has been worn, washed, torn, returned without tags when tags were needed for resale, or sent after the 7-day window may be refused. Heavy perfume or smoke also stops us putting it back in the locker.

7. Refunds

FPS and card refunds follow the bank or card scheme, usually within 10 business days after we receive and check the piece. Bank transfer refunds go back to an account in the same name.
