1. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of quinyves.shop to browse the catalogue and buy clothing and accessories from Quinyves Clothes Limited. By sending an order or a form you confirm you have read this page and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accurate details

Checkout details must be true. A wrong invoice field or an incomplete Hong Kong address may delay the parcel or the invoice. We may refuse an order if we reasonably suspect fraud.

3. Prices and stock

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Availability is that which exists when payment is confirmed. An obvious pricing error may be cancelled with a refund, in line with Hong Kong retail practice and the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

4. Orders and payment

The contract is formed when we confirm payment. You may pay by Faster Payment System (FPS), Visa or Mastercard, or bank transfer. FPS is usually confirmed shortly after transfer. Cards are processed securely. Bank transfer typically takes 1 business day. The order stays pending until the funds are confirmed.

5. Delivery and returns

Timing and freight are in the Delivery policy. Size changes, change of mind and faulty goods follow Returns and exchanges, the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and, where it applies, the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).

6. Intellectual property

The name Quinyves Clothes, the texts, layout and photographs on this site belong to Quinyves Clothes Limited or to licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.

7. Conduct

You must not attack the site, harvest other people’s data, or use the contact form for spam. We may refuse abusive correspondence.

8. Limits

The site may be down for maintenance. We are not liable for your network, device or payment-bank failures beyond what Hong Kong law requires.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.
